Agreement and eligibility

By using this storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this page. You must be able to form a binding contract in the place where you live and provide accurate information when placing an order.

Product information and supplement notice

Product photographs and packaging artwork may be updated. The product title, selected variant, quantity, price, final physical label, Supplement Facts, ingredients, directions, and warnings associated with the item shipped are the controlling product information.

Store content is general information and is not medical advice. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use when appropriate.

Orders, prices, and payment

• Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Shopify sends confirmation and NUTRAYLA is able to fulfill it.
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the storefront or Shopify checkout. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and duties are confirmed at checkout where applicable.
• NUTRAYLA may reject or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, legal restrictions, or an inability to deliver. Any amount collected for a canceled order will be refunded as required by law.

Shipping and returns

Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms and explain fulfillment, delays, damaged shipments, eligibility, and refund handling.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the storefront, interfere with security, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.

NUTRAYLA names, logos, packaging artwork, site design, text, and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the storefront for personal shopping.

Third-party services

The storefront depends on services operated by Shopify, Vercel, payment providers, and delivery or fulfillment partners. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. NUTRAYLA is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the storefront is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUTRAYLA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the storefront. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Changes, severability, and contact

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms may be updated prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
