Where NUTRAYLA ships

Available destinations, shipping methods, rates, and any order thresholds are shown in Shopify checkout. A destination is not accepted unless checkout offers a delivery method for the submitted address.

Processing and delivery estimates

The processing and delivery estimate displayed at checkout or in the order confirmation is the estimate that applies to the order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Orders are not treated as shipped until the carrier has received the parcel.

Tracking and address accuracy

• When tracking is available, Shopify sends it to the contact information provided at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address and reviewing it before payment.
• Contact NUTRAYLA immediately after ordering if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays, lost parcels, and failed delivery

Carrier delays, weather, customs, public emergencies, and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. If tracking is stalled, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or a shipment is returned to sender, submit the order number through the Contact page so the carrier record can be reviewed.

Taxes, duties, and restrictions

Taxes and available duties are calculated or disclosed during checkout where supported. Customers are responsible for import charges not collected at checkout. NUTRAYLA may cancel an order when an item cannot lawfully or reliably be shipped to the destination; any collected amount will be refunded as required.
