Overview

NUTRAYLA operates this custom storefront. Shopify provides the product catalog, cart, secure checkout, order processing, and related commerce services. Vercel hosts the storefront application.

This policy describes information handled through the storefront. Shopify may separately process information under the notices shown in Shopify checkout.

Information we collect

• Essential technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs generated when the site is accessed.
• An essential cart identifier stored in a secure cookie so that the Shopify cart can be retrieved between visits.
• Your email address and marketing-consent record when you choose to subscribe to NUTRAYLA product and launch updates.
• Order, contact, delivery, billing, and payment-related information entered in Shopify checkout. Full payment-card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers, not stored by this custom storefront.
• Information you choose to provide when communicating with NUTRAYLA.

How information is used

• To operate the storefront, preserve the cart, complete checkout, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.
• To protect the site, prevent fraud or abuse, diagnose technical problems, and comply with legal obligations.
• To send marketing only when a customer has affirmatively opted in and can later opt out.

How information is shared

Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to run the store, including Shopify, Vercel, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, fulfillment partners, and delivery carriers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect customers, NUTRAYLA, or the public.

This storefront does not currently sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, this notice and any required opt-out controls will be updated before the practice begins.

Cookies and retention

The custom storefront uses an essential cart cookie that can remain for up to 30 days. Shopify checkout may use additional cookies needed for checkout, security, preferences, and legally permitted analytics.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order records, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal concerning personal information. Use the Contact page to submit a privacy request. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

The store is not directed to children under 13, and NUTRAYLA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this storefront.
